Wallet Balances & Unsettled FundsEnsure your wallet balance is ₦0.00. Any remaining funds must be withdrawn before deletion, as they cannot be recovered once purged.
Virtual Accounts & Bank DetailsVirtual accounts (Kuda, PalmPay, Nomba) linked to your profile will be decommissioned and permanently reject incoming transfers.
Regulatory Data Retention (CBN & NDPA)As required by Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and NDPA regulations, certain financial audit logs and KYC records are securely archived for up to 5 years.
